Hey everyone! As a Zest Foto Eastern Suburbs Family Portrait Photographer, reconnecting with past clients is one of the true joys of the job. This week, I had the absolute pleasure of catching up with the wonderful Mawilmada family for the second time in two years – and let me tell you, it was amazing to see how much the kids have grown!
The Mawilmadas first came to Zest Foto a couple of years back for a family portrait session, and they were thrilled with the results. So, when they decided it was time to update their family album, they knew exactly who to call!
It’s always such a treat to see how families change over time. The little ones might be a bit taller, and their personalities might be even more defined, but the one thing that always remains constant is the love that binds them together.
This session was no exception. Mum did an incredible job coordinating their outfits, and the kids were absolute stars! Sure, there might have been a few shy smiles at the beginning (perfectly normal when there’s a camera pointed your way!), but they quickly warmed up and brought their playful energy to the session.
Speaking of location, we ventured out to a hidden gem in Sydney’s eastern suburbs – a spot I hadn’t explored for family portrait sessions before. Let’s just say it won’t be my last visit! The beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for capturing the Mawilmada family’s genuine connections.
